My friend Angie tried to teach me how to ride a bike today.  I just couldn't do it, it was too hard.  At the same time, I've never felt so pathetic.  I'm 15, and I still don't know how to ride a bike.  I absolutely refuse to give up, though.  At one point I might have done so, but not now.

My track coach said I had guts and internal strength.  I'm going to earn that description in everything I do.

Until then, I'm gonna get some rest.  Track meet Wednesday...
